What we may hold

• A design partner application: your answers, the page and campaign details recorded with it, and any earlier answers kept when you applied again.
• Copies of those answers in the alerts our team received: the alert email, the alert record in our internal notification list and, if the database could not save the application, the text and WhatsApp messages sent to our team.
• For a client in a program: portal access details (name and email), the intake answers, the offer report, the tests, their images and their results (stored with DigitalOcean and Vercel), summaries of its Meta ad account’s past and current campaigns, the working profile kept with its record, and the Meta ad account connected through FounderScale’s partner access.
• Any record about you in our CRM (HubSpot), for example a summary of a call we recorded or a record from contact with us outside a client program. Emails the portal sends to people in a client program are not copied there.
• Call recordings we made with Fathom, the transcripts we kept as notes, and summaries of those calls, including any logged in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Copies our service providers keep under their own retention: the AI model provider (Anthropic), the image services (Higgsfield and Pikzels), the web research services (Firecrawl, Apify and Exa), our email providers (Resend and Google Workspace), our messaging provider (Twilio) and our error monitoring (Sentry).
• If you accepted analytics on 1signal.io: usage data held by PostHog and Microsoft Clarity, recorded without your name.
• If you used the program portal: usage data held by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog and Meta (through the portal’s two Meta pixels), your chat messages held by Chatwoot and your voice calls held by Retell if you used them, and, for a client that finished the intake outside a client program, the registration event sent to FounderScale’s Meta pixel.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used with us, with the subject line “Delete my data”. Say what you want deleted: an application, a client program, or both. For a client program, the client can ask, or its agency can ask with the client’s approval.

Remove Meta access yourself

A client can remove FounderScale’s access to its Meta ad account at any time: in Meta Business Settings, open Partners and remove FounderScale. This stops further access right away. Emailing us also deletes what we already hold.

What happens next

We confirm your request by email. Deletion is done by hand, not by an automatic job: our team removes each copy listed above that relates to you, including the alert emails, the notification records and any CRM records, and asks our service providers to delete what they hold where their tools allow it. We email you when it is done. We keep only what the law requires us to keep.
