What this site is

1signal.io describes 1Signal, a Meta ads testing system for agencies, and lets agencies apply for the design partner program. Nothing is sold on this site. There is no subscription, checkout or payment here.

The design partner application

• Sending the application does not create a contract, an account or any obligation for you or for us.
• There are three design partner slots. We decide which applications we accept.
• If your agency is accepted, the terms of your program are agreed with you separately.
• Please give accurate information, and only share details about your clients that you are allowed to share.

Using the site

Please do not use the site for anything unlawful, send spam or automated submissions through the form, try to reach systems or data you are not allowed to access, or interfere with how the site works.

Figures and content

The figures on this site describe tests we have already run. They are not a promise of any result for your agency or your clients.

The text, design and logos on this site belong to FounderScale LLC or are used with permission. Meta is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. 1Signal is not affiliated with Meta or with OneSignal.

The program portal

The Log in link opens the program portal at founderscale.ceo, which we also run. It uses different analytics from this site, described in the privacy policy.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using the site or the application form.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new effective date and applies from that date.
